It began operations when the RRF mechanism for renewable scheduling was in place which was replaced by the current regulation as per the recommendation of the Forum of Regulators for Deviation Settlement Mechanism (DSM) for Wind and Solar Generating Plants. MAL offers its forecasting, scheduling services and “Qualified Coordinating Agency” (QCA) to almost all the leading Solar and Wind power producers in the country.
